Richejeu

About

Small defaults add up.

A phrase in a job ad that quietly filters people out. A referral chain that keeps pulling from the same three colleges. An interview where the loudest impression wins over the strongest evidence. We started Richejeu because those small defaults compound.

Founder story

Fatima Sheikh

Founder & CEO

Most hiring processes aren't unfair on purpose. They're unfair by accident. A company can genuinely want a broader team and still end up hiring the same profile again and again, simply because nobody stopped to look at where the process narrows.

Our job is to find those narrow points and open them — carefully, without lowering the bar and without turning fairness into a checkbox exercise. That means real changes to job descriptions, sourcing, and interviews, not a value statement pinned to the wall.

We think fair access to talent is worth doing well. If any of this sounds like a problem you're sitting with, we'd be glad to talk.

Who we work with

01

TA & HR leads

Seeing the same profile land on every shortlist, and wanting their goals turned into changes recruiters can actually run — not another policy document.

02

Founders scaling teams

Wary of accidentally cloning the first ten hires as the team grows, and looking for an outside lens on where the process narrows.

03

DEI & People managers

Who want a practical playbook — and partners we don't compete with: returnee and second-career networks, disability employment partners, community talent pools.
