About the role
Richejeu helps client teams hire wider without lowering the bar. As DEI Consultant, you'll run the day-to-day of that work: auditing hiring processes and job descriptions, redesigning sourcing and structured interviews, and setting up a handful of honest metrics that show whether the changes are actually moving the pipeline.
This is a fully remote role, open to candidates based in India, working IST hours. You'll work closely with the founder and directly with client TA, HR, and People teams.
What you'll do
- Run language audits of live job descriptions and tighten "must-haves" to genuine requirements.
- Map candidate drop-off across the funnel and identify where the process quietly narrows.
- Design structured-interview rubrics and train panels to score against shared criteria.
- Widen sourcing across returnee, second-career, PwD, and community talent channels.
- Agree a small set of metrics up front and track pipeline mix and stage pass-through.
- Support client teams as they adopt changes, keeping each step small enough to run live.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or DEI / People & Culture.
- Clear, plain written English and comfort explaining changes to busy hiring teams.
- Comfort working with hiring data and structured interviewing.
- Familiarity with inclusive hiring practices in the Indian context.
- A practical, low-lecture style — you'd rather ship a to-do list than a slide deck.
